A General Contractor Specializing in the Electrical Trade

2022 is our 10th year in business providing services ranging from handyman tasks to kitchen and bathroom remodels, as well as new construction add-ons and preventative maintenance for both residential and commercial customers.

With over 50 years of team experience, we launched a new subscription-based Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) in April 2021. This program creates a partnership between us to proactively maintain your home and to get ahead of major problems, as well as increasing costs.

Preventative Maintenance Program

Our Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) is designed to provide comprehensive routine assessments of your property to help identify and avoid major issues and costs.

PMP subscribers receive discounted rates, prioritized scheduling, and referral credit.

A PMP Assessment consists of items which a property owner may not have on their regular checklist.

A few examples include:

  • HVAC tune-up
  • Flushing the water heater
  • Checking for mold and dry rot
  • And more!

Preventative Maintenance

Preventative Maintenance Subscriptions are available in monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and one-time options.

This program provides the best approach to ensure all of your home’s systems are checked and maintained on a consistent basis.

This often includes electrical, plumbing, AC, furnace, smoke and carbon dioxide detectors, mold, water damage, standing water, foundation, and more!
