What is the Preventative Maintenance Program
A comprehensive program to assess the Health of your property on regular intervals to help identify and avoid major issues and costs.
Do you know about the one-percent rule?
As a general rule, it is recommended that homeowners put aside 1% of the value of their home each year to cover on-going maintenance and repairs.
The goal of PMP is to proactively assist the property owner in reducing or avoiding the 1% annual investment by identifying the problem areas early and addressing them at a lower cost.
What it Does
The PMP program was designed to protect your biggest and most valuable asset: your home. This program provides routine, comprehensive maintenance, to help prevent major issues from developing.
How it Works
After each PMP visit, we will provide you with a prioritized list of issues we recommend be addressed, should any be identified. From there, you can address the issues you deem important. If you use Construction Concierge to assist with those repairs, work is billed at a discounted rate.
Why it Works
The greatest cost savings for any homeowner is early detection. Regular maintenance provides a greater opportunity to catch an issue before it becomes a major problem, and a major expense; saving the homeowner money. Additionally, we work with you to find a plan that fits your budget.
Preventative Maintenance Program Checklist
Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and One-Time preventative maintenance subscriptions are an excellent way to ensure the highest level of protection for your property; most likely your largest investment.
All of the subscription options provide an on-going assessment of your property, from your roof and attic to your crawlspace/basement and everything in between to ensure any new issues are identified early.
Below is a small sampling of the items checked during a PMP visit.

- Attic and crawlspace/basement

- Safety items such as smoke/carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers
- Furnace, water heater, AC compressor, and Gas Main
